HOUSE OF DELEGATES INFORMATION
Electing officers and voting on amendments to the current bylaws is one of the most important events that take place at CKIx. Participating in caucusing, reading candidate literature, and reviewing proposed amendments are three crucial parts of being an informed delegate
Only dues-paid members of clubs in good standing (having paid for at least 15/10 members), as verified by the Circle K club, are eligible to be convention delegates. If a club member is not able to represent the club, the club may vote to have the current or immediate past lieutenant governor for the division or any other current district officer represent the club's voice to the House of Delegates.
The "Certification of Election Delegates and Alternates to the 2018 Circle K International Convention" is an electronic submission form. Club delegates should be elected and the delegate certification form submitted on or before June 8, 2018. A typical trip from the airport to the hotel is one hour by train. The cost ranges from US$3.50* (one way from Midway) to US$6.00* (one way from O'Hare). Compared to using a taxi, ride share service, or shuttle, the L is the most cost effective and you won't get stuck in Chicago traffic.
