Elections, amendments and resolutions

House of Delegates Information

Electing officers and voting on amendments to the current bylaws is one of the most important events that take place at CKIx. Participating in caucusing, reading candidate literature, and reviewing proposed amendments are three crucial parts of being an informed delegate.

Delegate Certification

Only dues-paid members of clubs in good standing (having paid for at least 15/10 members), as verified by the Circle K club, are eligible to be convention delegates. If a club member is not able to represent the club, the club may vote to have the current or immediate past lieutenant governor for the division or any other current district officer represent the club's voice to the House of Delegates.

The "Certification of Election Delegates and Alternates to the 2017 Circle K International Convention" is an electronic submission form. Only a club president or club secretary may certify delegates to the convention. Please make sure your club elects its voting delegates at an upcoming meeting. Club delegates should be elected and the delegate certification form submitted on or before June 1, 2017. Delegate Certification is now open.

2017 Proposed Amendments

Do you have a proposed bylaw amendment for the 2017 House of Delegates to consider at the Circle K International Convention in San Antonio? Please complete this online form by May 6, 2017 for consideration. Submit all proposed amendments using the online form.
A complete list of proposed amendments will be available no later than June 6, 2017.

The 2017-18 Official CKI Candidates Packet has been prepared for all those endorsed for international office.
